Sales Manager

This is a pivotal role in this large Medical Device Company, directly linked to the growth strategy within the UK, Ireland and South Africa. 

You will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Specialists (field and office based) in order to maximize outcomes and individuals performance growth.

Aligned to the Sales & Marketing initiatives, you will support your team to smooth the patient pathway through awareness and education with key stakeholders within the relevant departments across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. Additionally, through direct consumer engagement the team will be responsible for supporting candidates through their journey to surgery.

This role will suit somebody with leadership skills, who is able to motivate and mentor a tight team, who will be geographically spread across the UK, Ireland and South Africa (partners). You will be able to manage your own time across both desk and field based activities. You will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, detailed knowledge of the end-to-end customer journey. You will be accountable for KPIs and your team’s management of the CRM system.
